Afghanistan

Afghanistan is one of the most protracted humanitarian emergencies in the world, characterized by ongoing and wide-scale conflict and displacement, as well as natural disasters. On average, every day sees another 1,500 people forced to leave their homes, escaping violence.

The Health Cluster provides conflict-related services including trauma care, gender-based violence support and psychological first aid. It is also working to improve access and quality of primary health care facilities for all.

The information displayed here is updated in reference to the Health Cluster dashboard, in quarterly periods.
