Request for Proposals: Scoping review and report on national policies, legislative and regulatory approaches for the supply, prescribing and use of antimicrobials

The WHO Department of Essential Medicines and Health Products is seeking proposals for the above mentioned scoping review and report, to support the development of strategies and tools and thereby provide practical guidance for country implementation of the AWaRe categorization of antibiotics on National Essential Medicines Lists and into medicines regulations and policies.

The outcome of the scoping review will provide evidence leading to strategic recommendations/advice to countries to effectively implement national pharmaceutical policies, strengthen national regulatory systems and contribute to the implementation of the Global Action Plan on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR).
